Delivery

Pick your area at checkout to see the delivery charge and the date your order arrives.

Chocolate softens in heat, so every order ships with MeltProof Delivery, packed so the chocolate does not melt on the way. In the summer months some areas are paused so the chocolate arrives intact; checkout shows which.

Paying

Pay the rider in cash when your order arrives.

Damaged or melted packs

If a pack arrives damaged or melted, send us a photo within 24 hours of delivery and we replace it free of charge.

Returns

Because this is food, opened packs can't be returned. Unopened packs can be returned within 3 days of delivery; the delivery charge is not refunded.
